The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.

Urlaubsschaltung
Bei der Urlaubsschaltung beträgt die SOLL-Temperaturvorgabe für den Kühlraum +15 °C. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit � ohne da� es zu einer Geruchs- oder Schimmelbildung kommt � bei längerer Abwesenheit (z.B. Urlaub) den leeren Kühlraum statt offen auch geschlossen zu halten. Vorteil: Unbeabsichtigtes Zufallen der Tür bzw. versehentliches Zudrücken der Tür durch Personen, die während Ihrer Abwesenheit Zutritt zu Ihren Wohnräumen haben, ist nicht mehr möglich. Ohne die Urlaubsschaltung würde dies Geruchs- und Schimmelbildung zur Folge haben. 0 1. Zum Einschalten der Urlaubsschaltung auf Taste W�RMER oder Taste K�LTER drücken. Die Temperaturanzeige schaltet um und zeigt blinkend die momentan eingestellte SOLL-Temperatur an. 2. Taste W�RMER so lange drücken, bis die Temperaturanzeige H (für Holiday) anzeigt. In der Temperaturanzeige ändert sich die angezeigte Temperatur bis +8 °C in 1°C-Schritten. Nach +8 °C folgt der Wert +15 °C, in der Anzeige der Buchstabe H. Jetzt befindet sich der Kühlraum im energiesparenden Urlaubsbetrieb. Achtung! Lagern Sie keine Ware im Kühlraum, während die Urlaubsschaltung in Betrieb ist. Die Temperatur bei Urlaubsschaltung wird auf ca. +15 °C geregelt. Dies ist zu warm für Lebensmittel.

Um den Kühlraum wieder auf Normalbetrieb umzuschalten, die Taste K�LTER drücken.
