you are doing great job guys.....my father ask me to find out the schematics of Sony KV25R1D to sort out the problem ..(he was electrical technician, and excperianced with TV and simillar stuff). finally he found the cause and change all necessary parts....now he has got working old dog..and is very happy!!... thank you all.. Power Unit Vs, Va Adjustment

Adjustment Preparations Adjustment Procedures (1) Turn on the set and perform (1) Turn Vs ADJ to adjust Vs voltage pre-heat run more than 1 to be within ±0.1V of the value min with burn-in screen. specified in the label on the panel.
Remarks Permissive level of voltage in sufficient time of heat-run performed is: Vs: within±0.45V Va: within±0.55V
(2) Receive full back pattern signal (or Video silence signal; it will be automatically turned off after a few seconds by power save function.)
(2) Turn Va ADJ to adjust Va voltage to be within ±0.2V of the value specified in the label on the panel.
(3) Connect voltmeter leads (3) Reconfirm that Vs voltage remains to Vs (or Va) and GND within ±0.1V of the specified value. test points of the power unit. Readjust if it� s outside of the margin. Label example <LOT>N6 Vs= 185.0V Va=65.0V Label position (Reference) Upper right If it� s hard to read the voltage value because of the wiring, highlight it in advance to be visible.
