I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.

2. Turn thermostat and selector knobs to CLEAN. 3. Press SELF CLEAN button. 3:00 will appear in the display. When the SELF CLEAN button is pressed, the oven will automatically clean for 3 hours. A shorter (2 hours) or long (up to 4 hours) clean cycle can be selected by turning the SET knob after pressing the SELF CLEAN button.
When power is first supplied to the oven or if there is a power failure the display will blink 88:88. Follow the instructions above to set the' clock. TIMER To set timer: Press TIMER button.
