Thank you for having the manual I needed for an older model Aiwa stero I had found on Ebay --- I wanted the Aiwa because I had tapes and cd's but I did not have a manual as to how to operate the system... I found what I needed and it has enabled me to set the system up for my enjoyment.

Make sure the nut is fully tightened (it should click). Make sure the spray arm rotates freely. Lower spray arm: Press the two levers inwards which fix the spray arm A and detach by pulling it up B. Rinse the nozzles. Remount the spray arm by aligning it with the rotor pin and insert it. Push the spray arm down until it is fixed in place. Make sure the two levers are correctly inserted (they should click). Make sure the spray arm rotates freely. Cleaning the filters 1. Fully unscrew the wide-mesh central filter by turning it counter-clockwise and extract it A. 2. Fully unscrew the cylindrical filter and extract it from the wide-mesh central filter B (pay due attention to the holes in the bottom of the filter). 3. Remove the fine-mesh filter C. 4. Clean all the components. 5. Reassemble: Insert the cylindrical filter in the wide-mesh central filter. Fit the fine-mesh filter and screw down the filter unit by turning it clockwise.
