This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.

LISTENING TO THE RADIO

The TUNER indicator lights up. The band changes in the following order. ~FM-A/v!
2 Press the TUNING M to tune in to a station.
DOWN or UP Fbl button
After listening, press the POWER button to turn off the power. For quick tuning Keep either the TUNING W DOWN or UP H button pressed for 1 or 2 seconds. When a station is received, the frequency indicator stops automatically. However, it may not stop if the broadcast signal is weak. When operating with the remote control Press the BAND button to select FM or AM and press the M DOWN or UP M button to tune into a station. For better reception + u FM Extend the FM antenna and place it in the position that sounds best. AM Turn the unit to find the position which gives the best reception. When listening to an FM broadcasting+ E STEREO is displayed while an FM stereo broadcast is received. +0 When the FM stereo signal is weak+ E Press the DUBBING SPEED MODE TUNEWOSC button until MONO appears in the display window. The sound will be heard in monaural but distortion will be reduced. + @ q When operating with the remote control, press the MODE TUNER button while pressing the SHIFT button. To change the AM tuning interval The AM tuning interval is factory-set to 10 kHz. If this unit is used in areas where the frequency allocation system is 9 kHz, change the AM interval. To change the interval, press the TUNER button while pressing the ® PRESET button. When the interval is changed, the contents of the preset station memory are erased.
