CD TEST MODE
1. Procedure for Disassembly
1. Remove COVER TOP / COVER BOTTOM. 2. Remove the screw (indicated with an arrow mark) located on CD MECHANISM. See Fig-1.

2. Servicing Position
Remove CD MECHANISM, and check the function when the unit is in a stable mode. (Refer to �Using an extension jig�.) See Fig-2.

3. TEST MODE
1. Starting CD test mode 1) Provide a wire between pin45 and GND of the main circuit board IC901, and apply soldering. See Fig-3. 2) Connect the ACC (red) / BACK UP (yellow) wire of the connector Assy to the positive terminal of the power supply device and the Ground (black) wire to the negative terminal. 3) Adjust the voltage applied to the power supply device to 14.5V, and then turn on the power. Test mode begins, and all LCD are lit. See Fig-4.
