I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. Cleaningthe Grill Racks
The easyway to cleanthe grill racksis to scrubthem immediatelyafter you havefinished cookingand turnedoff the flame. Wear a grill mitt to protectyour handfrom the heatand steam. Dip a brassbristle barbecue brushin tap waterand scrubthe hot grill. Dip the brushfrequentlyin this tap water. Steam, createdas watercontactswith the hot grill, assists the cleaningprocess softeninganyfood particles. The by food particleswill fall onto the briquettetray and burn or fall into the drip tray.
