Bought T4850 High End Tuner a few years ago, but i didn't know where all the buttons were used for. So i purchased the owners manual. Perfect! Just what i needed.

Bought the used Philips car-radio. No manual! Found on this site a copy of the orginal English manual. I am very happy with it. Now I know how to setup and use my "new" car-radio.

Everything is OK. Owner's Manual I downloaded ( I get link for it by email).

The only reason I gave this less than 4 stars, is because it shouldn't take 24 hrs to have the download available. I was surprised to find that I had to wait until the next day to be able to download the manual that I paid for.
The manual itself is the correct manual.

�You haven�t inserted a disc or the disc you inserted cannot be recorded on. Insert a disc the unit can record onto. �The disc is unformatted. Format the disc. [RAM] �The write-protect tab on the cartridge is set to �PROTECT� or the disc is protected with �DISC SETTING�. �Some programs have limitations on the number of times they can be recorded (CPRM). �The disc is full or nearly full. Erase unneeded titles or use another disc. �You cannot record on finalized DVD-R discs. �If you repeatedly insert discs or turn this unit on and off 50 times or more, the recording or editing of DVD-R may be disabled. �The material you are trying to record is copy-guarded. �Timer recording will not be activated when in editing or transfer (dubbing). Timer recording will begin after the editing/transfer (dubbing) is finished.
A part or whole of a recorded �If the power shuts down or the plug is disconnected from the household AC outlet while title has been lost. recording or editing, the program may be lost or the disc may become unusable. #We cannot offer any guarantee regarding lost titles or discs. You will have to format the disc ([RAM]) or use a new disc.

Cannot format. Cannot create chapters. Cannot mark the start point or the end point during �Shorten� operation. Cannot erase chapters. The available recording time doesn�t increase even after erasing recordings on the disc. Cannot create a play list. �The disc is dirty. Use a special cleaner and wipe clean. �You tried formatting a disc that is not compatible with this unit. �The unit writes the chapter division information to the disc when you turn it off or remove the disc. The information is not written if there is an interruption in the power before this. �These operations are not possible with still pictures. �You cannot set points if they are too close to each other. You cannot set an end point before a start point. �When the chapter is too short to erase, use �Combine Chapters� to make the chapter longer. �Available recording space on the DVD-R does not increase even after erasing previously recorded titles.

�You cannot select all the chapters at once in a title if the title also includes still pictures. Select them individually.

OSD messages do not appear. The blue back appears during play. �Go to VHS MENU and select �ON� in �OSD�. Press [STATUS] to show the on-screen messages constantly. �You are playing a blank or poor quality part of the tape. �You can damage the unit if you play dirty or damaged tapes and this can cause the blue back to appear. Consult your dealer.
