Excellent service manual includes everything is need to repair this radio-caseete, how to disassemble, wiring diagram, all , waiting time until the download was only a few hours. I'm going to buy service manuals from here, are cheap and very good.Thank you.

The service manual was a copy of the original from Wirlpool. The quality was good, all neccecary information was available including the service-codenumbers, so I could order the right part to be replaced for repair.
Downloding was no probem after the payment.

1. SERVICE NOTE
1-1. ATTENTION WHEN REPAIRING
Note 1: The shooting images are recorded into internal memory prior to the others within the Memory Stick. When the internal memory is full, the shooting images is recorded into the Memory Stick. Note 2: All the shooting images on repairing are recorded into the internal memory, so be sure to erase the shooting images after repairing.
1-2. FLOWCHART FOR OPERATIONS ON SY180-MC186 BOARD REPLACEMENT
In case of SY180-MC186 Board replacement, repair in the order of following flowchart. At this time, be careful about the repairing process is different in cases of turning power on the set is possible or not.
In case of turning power on is possible.
Turning power on is possible Copy the data in internal memory to the personal computer
In case of turning power on is impossible.

Read out the adjustment data (*1) � USB serial No. � Wide limit data � Anti-blur correction data
Write the destination data (*1)
Write USB serial No. (*1)
SY-180 board replacement
All kinds of adjustment (VIDEO/CAMERA/LCD) (*1)
Write the destination data (*1)
Re-install "PMB Portable" (*2)
Write USB serial No. (*1) End All kinds of adjustment (VIDEO/CAMERA/LCD) (*1)
Write back the backup data in the personal computer to internal memory

(*1) For details, please refer to the service manual for adjustments separately issued. (*2) "PMB Portable" is the embeded application software in the set. Installer is available in each destination and language. There are seven kinds of installers.
Note : �PMB Portable� is not installed in the SY-180 board for repair. Therefore, it is necessary to re-install the �PMB Portable� for each destination and language.
