The service manual when downloaded and printed out was clear and easy to read. The manual is complete with the schematic diagram and technical data. I occasionally require a manual and now having registered with this company I shall order from them in the future.

Load the silverware basket while in the bottom rack or take the basket out for loading on a counter or table. NOTE: The loaded basket must be placed in the center front (over the spray tower) of the bottom rack for proper washing. The basket can also be removed for easy unloading. Always unload or remove the basket before unloading the racks to avoid spilling water droplets on the silverware. Load forks and spoons so they dont nest together. Spray cannot reach nested items. Mix items in each section of the basket with some pointing up and some down. Small items (baby bottle caps, jar lids, etc.) can be put in any section.
