Impressively thorough. Even the simple operators manual helped me "fix" one of the 2 CD players in the unit. This unit reads CD's from the top so they should be installed in the magazines "upside down" from typical CD players. The CD player service manual helped me unjam a stuck carriage because somebody transported the box laying down loaded with CD's. A little lens cleaning & the player now works well! Thanks for you help at a great price! Joe

3 DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Follow the procedure below to disassemble the main unit. 1. Remove the attachment and blade. Note: Always set the dial to "5" (5/64", 2.0mm) when removing the blade. 4. Remove the two screw caps and loosen two screws. Loosen one screw tightening bottom cover and two screws inside of bottom cover. Loosen two screws where tightening the housing A and two screws on the blade spring. Note: Make sure not to lose the dial click spring.
2. Peel off the finger grip and take out one screw. Note: Exchange with disassembling the unit. new grip every time
5. Take out the blade spring and housing B with blade holder B. Note: Blade holder B is attached to the housing B with the special adhesive tape. Do not disassemble the housing B, the blade holder B and the adjusting lever. Note: Make sure not to lose the spring.
3. To remove the blade holder A, slightly lift it up and slide it toward the blade side with squeezing the blade holder B where marked circle on both side. Note: There are the four hooks on the rear side of blade holder. Be careful not to brake them. If it breaks, it makes the abnormal noise. 6. Take out the rechargeable batteries and the linear motor assembly from the housing A.
