Can the base and handset be connected ?

While in Talk Mode press dial key of the handset, can pulse feedback be heard from the handset receiver.

By using voltmeter, check base BU3.
OK
Check the base TEL-Line network primary circuit.

While in Talk Mode press dial key of the handset, At PIN8 of BU6C of the base can the tone wave output be seen.

Check around PIN3-8 of BU5.
OK
At PIN18 of BU5 of the base can the Tone wave output be seen ?

Check around PIN18-22 of BU5 and surrounding circuit of BU5.
OK
At PIN5 of BT1 of the base, can the Tone wave output be seen?
NG
Check the base BD5and BR4.

Check the base TEL-Line network primary circuit.
