Excellent, fast delivery, excellent product. Good luck!

This manual is for the usa model only. But it is clear
, accurate and comprehensive, including board layouts and schematics.
I found it extremely useful for my mitsubishi dp-86da, but the same diagram would also work for the realistic lab5000 and hi fi 80. Thanks.

Great to have extra resources for Service Manuals, Now days you can really not trouble shoot efficiently without one , Wayne at IRIONS TV & ELECTRONICS REPAIR Clearwater , Fl. 33755 727-446-7955

For five bucks you can barely buy a hamburger. Or for the same five bucks you can buy a service manual. Much more useful. (and better for your health, depending on where you buy your hamburgers).
Yes, there are free manual sites out there, but if they don't have what you want, you have to pay.
And five bucks isn't much. Not for full specs, schematics and adjustment and parts replacement procedures.
My only criticism is that grayscale illustrations aren't well rendered, but I've seen worse.
Schematics and text are clear.
I'll be happy to purchase from here again.

SERVICE REMARKS
1. Handling the Drum
1.
Never touch the drum surface with bare hands. Store the drum in a cool dry place. Always wear gloves when cleaning the drum. Only prime the drum with setting powder when installing new drum. Never expose the drum to light for a long time. Drum conditioning is necessary when a new drum is installed. In addition, it is useful at the following times: . 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.
7.
Always keep the drum in the protective sleeve when inserting or pulling the drum out of the copier.
8 * Before inserting or pulling out the drum, the cleaning unit should be pulled slightly out to avoid drum damage by the pick-off pawls. 9. Return used drums to the distributor according to standard procedure.
2. Charge Corona
1.
Clean the corona wires with a dry cloth or by sliding the corona unit in and out. Do not use emery paper or any solvent for wire cleaning. Do not touch the corona wires with oily hands. Oil stains may cause white bands on copies. Make sure that the corona wires are correctly positioned between the cleaner pads and there are no threads on the casing. When adjusting the drum current, always make sure that the axis of drum shoe is aligned with the corona wire. The corona wire height should be adjusted only when: a) The front end block is replaced. b) The drum charge current is uneven.
