This is a top quality manual. You couldn't get better if you had the original and scanned it yourself. Best price on the net as well. Diagrams are clear and complete, text is sharp and easy to read. Granted you don't get the manual the second you click pay, but the few hours you have to wait for it to be available for download isn't a problem at all. This is a very reliable company.

Excellent service manual, i didn't believe i could find it for such old product, it is very explanatory, managed to fix the disk player!!!
3. The base and handset cannot be connected.
Check whether the base NG is able to set in the test mode 1. OK Check the TX POWER NG and the TX FREQUENCY on the base unit. OK Set the base in the test NG mode 3, check whether deviation of the TX data is app. 8 kHz Dev. OK Check base RF unit. Check whether there is a NG 250 Hz data waveform at �MOD� of RF unit. OK Check RT3, R40, R68, R69, R53, R70 and C79. Check base RF unit. Check IC5 and its peripheral circuit.
Set the base in the test NG mode 8, 902.952467 MHz (250 Hz ±8 kHz Dev.) 1mV output signal from RF jack is applied. Can the status LED be lighted? OK
Check whether there is a NG 250 Hz data waveform at pin 9 of IC3. OK
Check IC3, Q1 and their NG peripheral circuit. OK
Check base RF unit.
Check whether there is a NG 250 Hz data waveform at the Q2 collector. OK Check whether there is a NG 250 Hz data waveform at pin 38 of IC5. OK Check IC5 and its peripheral circuit.
Check RT2, Q2 and their peripheral circuit.
Check R42, R46, IC1 and their peripheral circuit.
Check whether the NG handset is able to set in the test mode 1. OK Check the TX POWER NG and the TX FREQUENCY on the handset unit. OK A
Check IC604 and its peripheral circuit.
Check handset RF unit.
