Awesome quality manual. You really saved my bacon with this one. Was looking for some specific information with regards to my "new" vintage VCR that didn't come with the owners manual. This site is truely a goldmine of available manuals. The quality of the scans are top notch.
Thank-you so much for this awesome manual. If you're looking for this Sony SL-HF400 owners manual, this is the one you NEED to buy. Definitely worth the money.

The manual was made available promptly. I is a clean scan of the original. I had no problem downloading it. The scan was well centered and cleanly formatted. It is as good a product as can be had without being the original document.

Received downlink in less then 8 hours, Item was in good copy condition, and told me how to program the clock timer. The price was very resonable, and the process was very automated and was GREAT to work with.

Fast service, document is OK. Thanks! Searched for it long time.

I was very pleased with the manual I got for my amateur (ham) radio. Without it I could not figure out how to input and/or change the P/L setting on my radio. It drove me nuts as the radio was essentially useless. That all changed when my manual came. Then it took only minutes and I was done. Now my radio works fine. This is an exceptionally good resource as it's a very easy and user friendly download. Thank you very much! Dziękujemy za!
Two or More Plates
Two 10¼" (26 cm) plates may be heated side by side, or 1 dish larger than the turntable, plus 2 plates on the cooking rack. For best results, halfway through heating, turn the plates (or larger dish) halfway around, and switch plates between top and bottom (if heating more than 2 plates). See Cooking Rack section.
To use the Defrost control:
1. Touch DEFROST. 2. Touch the number pad 1 for Meat, 2 for Poultry or 3 for Fish or Touch DEFROST repeatedly to scroll through foods. 3. Touch the number pads to enter the weight. Meats and Poultry can be set from 0.2 to 6.6 lb (90 g to 3 kg). Fish can be set from 0.2 to 4.4 lb (90 g to 2 kg). Defrost time may be adjusted at this time by touching COOK POWER.
The turntable must be turned off while heating 2 bottom plates or 1 larger dish. See Turntable section.
4. Touch START. The display will count down the defrost time. When the cycle ends, END will appear in the display, 4 endof-cycle tones will sound, and then reminder tones will sound every minute for 15 minutes. 5. Touch CANCEL or open the door to clear the display and/or stop reminder tones.
Defrosting
The automatic Defrost control can be used or the microwave oven can be manually set to defrost. â Food should be 0°F (-18°C) or colder at defrosting for optimal results. â Unwrap foods and remove lids (from fruit juice) before defrosting.

Shallow packages will defrost more quickly than deep blocks. Separate food pieces as soon as possible during or at the end of cycle for more even defrosting. Use small pieces of aluminum foil to shield parts of food such as chicken wings, leg tips and fish tails. See Aluminum Foil and Metal first.
The automatic Defrost control has 3 categories: Meat, Poultry and Fish. It should not be used for food left outside the freezer more than 20 minutes and frozen ready-made food. Use the following chart as a guide. MEAT Beef: ground, steaks, roast, stew Lamb: stew and chops Pork: chops, ribs, roasts, sausage The narrow or fatty areas of irregular shaped cuts should be shielded with foil before defrosting. Do not defrost less than ¹ lb (113 g) or two 4 oz (113 g) patties. Place all meats in microwavable baking dish.
Soften
The microwave oven uses low power to soften certain foods. Butter and cream cheese will be room temperature so they will be ready to use in a recipe. Ice cream will be softened enough to make scooping easier. Use the following chart as a guide. FOOD Butter Ice cream Cream cheese CODE 1 2 3 SOFTEN PAD 1 time 2 times 3 times 1, 2 or 3 sticks 16, 32 or 64 oz (473, 946 or 1893 mL) 3 oz or 8 oz (85 or 227 g) QUANTITY
