If the same print problem occurs after cleaning, take any of the following actions: � Make sure that you use paper or OHP films that meet specifications and have the correct printing surface. � Check that the toner cartridge is not damaged. If it is damaged, replace it with a new one. If the stripes or stains are vertically repetitive on a page, take the following action in accordance with the intervals of the stripes or stains. Interval 95 mm or 3.7� 53 mm or 2.1� 51 mm or 2.0� 38 mm or 1.5� Action Replace the toner cartridge. Print several pages. * Replace the toner cartridge. Replace the toner cartridge.

* If the problem occurs repeatedly, the transfer roller needs to be replaced with a new one. Consult your dealer or sales personnel.
