Genuine Toshiba owner's manual. Couldn't really ask for more. And written in understandable English in contrast to a few recent experiences I have had with manuals for other equipment other than Toshiba but made in China and written in "Chinglish"!
;
I purchased a vintage Sony mixer off eBay and within the hour was able to locate and purchase the manual for it.I mean really,where else can you find a manual for a product made in 1983!? It was easy to find and purchase/download the manual I needed.I will use this site again for other equipment I have! Great site!

Aluminum Foil
IMPORTANT: Do not line the oven bottom with any type of foil, liners or cookware because permanent damage will occur to the oven bottom finish.
s s
Do not cover entire rack with foil because air must be able to move freely for best cooking results. To catch spills, place foil on rack below dish. Make sure foil is at least 1 in. (2.5 cm) larger than the dish and that it is turned up at the edges.
Temperature Change
The oven temperature can be changed when the oven(s) are in the Sabbath Mode. No tones will sound and the display will not change. The heating elements will not turn on or off for a random time, anywhere from 16 to 24 seconds, after START is pressed. It may take up to one-half hour for the oven to change temperature. Number pads 1 through 0 represent temperatures. Use the following chart as a guide. **NUMBER PAD 1 2 3 4 5 *6 7 8 9 0 OVEN TEMPERATURE 170°F (75°C) 200°F (95°C) 250°F (120°C) 275°F (135°C) 300°F (150°C) 325°F (163°C) 350°F (177°C) 375°F (191°C) 400°F (204°C) 450°F (232°C) Bundt cakes, most quick breads, yeast breads, casseroles, meats Cookies, biscuits, muffins, cakes, non-frozen pies 2 FOOD Frozen pies, large roasts, turkeys, angel food cakes RACK POSITION 1 or 2
