Well.. I'd searched for this manual and although I found many copies online I was pleased to find your website with a well balanced pricing system and easy to search and follow links. That together with the very quick response time was just what I was looking for.. being a very impatient tech.. ;-) I had the service manual in front of me within a short time.

The service manual when downloaded and printed out was clear and easy to read. I would have liked to have been able to enlarge some details, but this was not possible as the file permissions did not allow this. The service was very good. The time taken from placing my order to downloading the document was only a few minutes.
Perfect source of information for replacing the HDD and performing general diagnostics.

9. MESSAGES
Problem ERR! message appears for one second. Possible Cause � Attempt to input two the same text. marks within Action � Use only one mark. Only two lines of text can be input, so text can contain only one mark. � Do not use marks. 6 mm tape can have only one line of text, so text cannot contain any marks. � Delete the mark to print on 6 mm tape or switch back to a wider tape.
� Attempt to input mark while 6 mm is specified as the tape width.
� Label text containing a mark was input and then tape width specification was changed to 6 mm. (ERR! message appears when you try to perform a print operation.) � Text that is longer than 5.5 cm when stamp printing is selected. � Attempt to print a stamp while 6 mm is specified for the tape width. FUL! message on the display. BATT message on the display. ERR! message on the display. � Both text memory areas (AREA 1 and AREA 2) already contain text. � Battery power is too low. � Memory data has become corrupted for some reason. Table-4
� Shorten the text to be printed and try again. � Change the tape width setting to OFF and try printing the stamp again. � Delete text from one of the text memory areas and then store the new text. � Replace batteries. � Initialize the Label Printer.
