Genuine Toshiba owner's manual. Couldn't really ask for more. And written in understandable English in contrast to a few recent experiences I have had with manuals for other equipment other than Toshiba but made in China and written in "Chinglish"!
I purchased a vintage Sony mixer off eBay and within the hour was able to locate and purchase the manual for it.I mean really, where else can you find a manual for a product made in 1983!? It was easy to find and purchase/download the manual I needed.I will use this site again for other equipment I have! Great site!
It`s full copy of a service manual from url http://www.philips.owner-manuals.com/PM3216-service-manual-PHILIPS.html

What to do if
Water cooling or an additional rinse is necessary
The washing machine is set up for extremely low water consumption. It can, however, be necessary to cool down the water prior to pumping out in order to avoid damage to plastic waste pipes (water cooling). For people who suffer from an allergy to detergents, it can be useful to rinse with more water (additional rinse). This can be adjusted using the More Water Switch: Position 1: Water Cooling The water is cooled prior to pumping out at the end of the main washing cycle (by adding cold water). This setting is only effective for t (Cotton/Linen) with a temperature of over 40 °C.) Position 2: Water Cooling with Additional Rinse The water is cooled as for position 1, in addition (except for s/Wool) an additional rinse is performed. As supplied the More Water Switch is set to position 0.
