Press <(LEFT) or >(RIGHT) key to lookup the caller ID in CID mode. Tape the DEL key to delete the CID information when viewing the specific entry. Hold the DEL key for 3s to delete all new and old caller ID entries. After 3s the unit will return to standby mode. Caller ID call back

The user may call back the displayed number in CID mode.

Press <(LEFT) or >(RIGHT) key to display the desired Caller ID record. Press the PLAY/CID key to dial back according to the number on display. A prefix will be assigned if LAN option is enabled and reflected on display. Unit waits 1.5 sec. for dial tone and proceed dialling if the number is local. The icon �WAHL� is flashing during the dialling and active as long as the TAM enter the line.
The speaker is active and the dial tone, DTMF dialling, calling tone and finally the call partners voice is announced. The CPT detection of the parallel phone is active and will detect a parallel phone to enable the user to start the communication.
9.4 MESSAGE MANAGEMENT 9.4.1 OGM1 Recording
The OGM1 is used for answer and ICM record mode. If no OGM 1 recorded the Tam will play the default OGM1 to line. To record OGM1 follows the chart and refers to the menu structure for display pattern: � Press <(LEFT) or >(RIGHT) or OK key. � Press >(RIGHT) key to access TAM option programming, display = ANRUFBEANTWORTER then confirm by pressing OK key. � Press >(RIGHT) key ONE time until display = ANSAGETEXT 1 (OGM 1) and voice announces �Ansagetext eins, Jetzt sprechen� (Outgoing message one, now recording) (voice prompt table, item 8&7) then confirm to enter the option by OK key. Display of various options will scroll from left to right. � The OGM1 (default OGM1 or recorded OGM1) will be auto played back. � Press STOP t o skip this play back or OK key to start OGM1 recording. � Speak into the microphone. � Display = ANSAGE 1 2:31 if OGM1 recorded for 2 min 31s.

Press STOP to stop OGM1 recording then auto playback.
If there is no action within 10 seconds at any mode, it will go back to idle mode. The user can escape to idle mode in the middle by pressing STOP key.
