great site, the most easy and fastest way to find the manual you need, no 5 star because the manual was only available in german, but I speak german as well so no problem for me.

Set TEMPERATURE SELECTOR
Turn the Control Knob either way to point to the cycle and setting you want. See page 6 for information on the cycles.
The Temperature Selector can be set on any desrred temperature or anywhere between 2 temperatures.
