This is a awesome quality scan of the original Service Manual for Technics 8099.
Contains the circuit diagram, PCB layout, adjust/tune instructions as well.

RIP Board and Inner EMC Shield Removal
1. Turn the printer off. 2. Remove the right cover. 3. Disconnect all the external connectors from the RIP board or INAs. 4. Remove the INA cards or Hard Disk option. 5. Remove the four nuts, the standoff, and the screw. 6. Remove the inner EMC shield by pulling straight out from the printer. 7. Remove the four nuts and the standoff to separate the RIP board and the inner EMC shield. Note: If the RIP board is being replaced, remove the ROM SIMM and all options for installation on the new board.
Toner Sensor Removal
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Remove the fuser input guide. Remove the transfer roll housing. Lift the input sensor board far enough to disconnect the cable. Remove the end of the bellcrank spring. Lift the sensor to unsnap it. Work the cable out of the frame and remove the sensor.
Torquer Motor Removal
1. Remove the lower frame assembly from the base. 2. Remove the D-roll. 3. Remove gear 11 and the D-roll shaft. Do not lose the plastic bearings. 4. Remove the two screws that hold the torquer motor to the base and remove the torquer motor. 5. Unsnap the mounting adapter from the torquer motor. Note: When reinstalling the torquer motor, align the timing marks on the torquer motor gear and the D-roll gear.
