This is a good quality scan of the Operation & Maintenance (Service) Manual for the PAL version of this high-band broadcast umatic, BVU-800P
All schematics and lineup procedures appear to be included in this one manual AFAICT.
The file size is just over 113 MB which gives an idea of the quality and number of pages.
All of the schematics, which contain some fairly small print, are easily readable when you zoom into the page.

SECTION 5 OPERATION CHECK
5-1. INITIAL SETTING
1. Press the power button. � Check that a click feeling is sensed upon pressing the button, and that the �PALM COMPUTING PLATFORM� logo appears. Tap the desired position with the stylus on the �Initial Setting 1/3� screen. Tap the desired position with the stylus on the �Initial Setting 2/3� screen. Tap the center of the X mark displayed on the screen with the stylus. � Repeat this operation three times and check that the �Initial Setting 3/3� screen appears. Tap �Next� on the �Initial Setting 3/3� screen. � Check that the �Data Input� screen appears. Tap �Exit� on the �Data Input� screen. � Check that the �Home� screen appears.
5-5. FRONT PANEL BUTTON OPERATION CHECK
1. Press the �Memo Pad� button. � Check that a click feeling is sensed upon pressing the button and that �Memo Pad� starts up. Press the �To Do List� button. � Check that a click feeling is sensed upon pressing the button and that �To Do List� starts up. Press the �Address Book� button. � Check that a click feeling is sensed upon pressing the button and that �Address Book� starts up. Press the �Date Book� button. � Check that a click feeling is sensed upon pressing the button and that �Date Book� starts up. Press the �Date Book� button. � Check that the display is changed in the order of �Day�� �Week�� �Month�� �Today� every time the button is pressed. Press the �Scroll Up� button. � Check that a click feeling is sensed upon pressing the button and that the display changes to �Previous Day�. Press the �Scroll Down� button. � Check that a click feeling is sensed upon pressing the button and that the display changes to �Today�.

5-2. EL BACKLIGHT OPERATION CHECK
1. 2. 3. Turn on the power. Keep pressing the power button for at least two seconds. � Check that the backlight turns on. Keep pressing the power button for at least two seconds again. � Check that the backlight turns off. 7.
5-6. INFRARED COMMUNICATION OPERATION CHECK
Required equipment : PDA for sending data (PEG-S300, S300/HK) 1. 2. 3. Face the infrared communication port of the unit toward the PDA for sending data directly. Send the data from the PDA for sending data. Tap �Yes� displayed on the screen of the unit with the stylus. � Check that data can be received.
5-3. �CONTRAST ADJUSTMENT� OPERATION CHECK
1. 2. Tap the contrast icon with the stylus. � Check that the �Contrast Adjustment� screen appears. Drag the contrast adjustment bar to the right and left with the stylus. � Check that the contrast of the screen changes. Tap �Exit� to end �Contrast Adjustment�.

5-4. MEMORY STICK OPERATION CHECK
1. Insert the memory stick into the slot. � Check that the memory stick is inserted smoothly without catching, that the MS access lamp turns on, and that a beep sounds. Select the �Home� screen. Rotate the jog dial to select �MS Gate�. � Check that the jog dial rotates smoothly without catching. Rotate the jog dial to start up �MS Gate�. � Check that the jog dial rotates smoothly without catching. Tap the tab that on which the memory stick appears with the stylus. � Check that the list of data in the memory stick appears. Tap �SelectAll� and �COPY� to copy the data in the device. Tap the tab in which the main unit appears with the stylus. � Check that the selected data is copied. Push the memory stick. � Check that the memory stick projects slightly from the main unit. Pull out the memory stick. � Check that the memory stick is pulled out smoothly without catching and that a beep sounds.
5-7. HOTSYNC FUNCTION OPERATION CHECK
Check that the HotSync function which synchronizes data with the PC has no abnormality. Required equipment : USB cradle PC 1. 2. Place the unit on the USB cradle connected to the PC. � Check that the indicator on the cradle lights. Press the �HotSync� button on the cradle. � Check that the menu which indicates �HotSync Function� is in progress opens and the user selection menu opens. Select the desired user. � Check that synchronization between the unit and PC starts. Tap �Reset� and restart the PC. Press the �Address Book� button. � Check that the data was transferred from the PC.

5-8. HARDWARE RESET

Returns the settings of the unit to the factory settings. While pressing the �Power� button, press the �Reset� button. Release the �Reset� button. Release the �Power� button. � Check that the display inquiring whether to erase all data appears. Press the �Scroll Up� button for at least five seconds. � Check that the unit restarts. Press the �Power� button to turn off the power.
