Solution 1 Remove the jammed media from the output tray.

Solution 2 Pull open the access door (above the plastic output tray) and remove the media.

Remove all media in the Multi-Purpose Tray. Remove the jammed media from the Multi-Purpose Tray. Set the Media Thickness switch for the media you are using (page 9). Re-insert the media in the Multi-Purpose Tray.
