Untti you get used to the sefflngs, use the following Use Hi to start
foods cooking; to bring liquids to a boil. When cooking foods,
as a guide. Use MED-LO
to keep food cooking after starting it on a higher setting.
Use MED-Hi to
hold a rapid boil; to start frying chicken or pancakes.
Use MED for
gravy, puddings and icing; to cook large amounts of vegetables.
turntoaLO or MED-LO setltng when slzzie starts.
TurntoalO or MED-I.0 sefflng when sizzle starts.
Turn to a LO sefflng to finish cooking.
Use LO to keep food cooking after starting it on a higher setting, to keep food warm or to melt chocolate or shortening.
Pans should be the same size or larger than the surface and hot handles.
