I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.

tips
* If the Self-Cleaning cycle does not get the oven as clean as you expected, the cycle may not have been set long enough or you may not have prepared the oven properly. Set the SelfCleaning cycle longer the next time and handclean areas noted on page 28.
Keep the kitchen well ventilated during the SelfCleaning cycle to help get rid of heat, odors and smoke. l After the oven is cool, wipe up any residue or ash with a damp cloth. * Clean the oven before it gets heavily soiled. Cleaning a very soiled oven takes longer and results in more smoke than usual.
