I found the manual to be clear concise and complete. It was of immense assistance when removing the unit as the unit was over 22 years old and the wiring diagram was unobtainable from the manufacturer. The exploded drawings were clear as were the instructions and labels.
Very pleased with the quality of the scan. No complaints whatsoever.

Replace the PWB ass'y with a new one. YES
Measure resistances of TH1 and TH2.
Are the resistances conformed Fig. 1 ?

Replace the thermistor ass'y with a new one.
The control circuit is normal. The compressor may be defective. The running capacitor may be defective. Refrigerant may be leaked. The outdoor fan motor may be defective. The outdoor fan motor capacitor may be defective.
