This was a very hard to find manual. The unit is long discontinued and Pioneer doesn't retain every manual for every model. Thanks owner's-manual.com!

I'm so glad I was able to find a site to download my missing manuals. Very reasonable prices and they kept me informed about the process and I had my manual within less than a day. The only thing I wish was an option is a 100% English version with no spanish or anything. But overall great site.

The manual is complete with excellent quality! One suggestion, show number of pages and weather it is multi-lingual. The AD 600 Manuel is about 76 pages and over half is non English. This results in a larger print job than usually needed. Having this information, one could select the desired pages for printing.

Timer recording and playback

Recording can be set to start and �nish at set times. You must set the current time (see page 3).

Playback can be set to start at set time. You must set the current time (see page 3). Timer playback cannot be selected while an empty folder is selected.

The timer indicators (RECF and PLAYF) light to show which timer is set and �ash when the timer is operating.
To cancel the timer:
Select �OFF� in step 2 and press [PLAY/STOP, SEL].
To check the timer settings:
Press [MODE] several times until the timer display is displayed. The display will then change to show the following automatically. Timer recording: Start time, �nish time, folder the �le will enter. Timer playback: Start time, folder and �le to be played. Note . �The two timers cannot be used together. The timer set last is activated. �The timers can only be set within a single twenty-four hour period. The recording timer can only be set if there is one minute or more of available recording time. �If you make recordings before timer recording begins, be aware that the time available is reduced. The timer recording can only continue as long as the available time allows. �If VAS is left on during timer recording, the recording may be shorter than the set time. �The timer settings are canceled if the clock is cleared (i.e. the batteries are removed from the battery compartment).
