NO Is bias level at L104 OK? YES
Is the voltage at pin 2 of L104 5V? YES
NO
Check POWER circuit.
Is the voltage at pin 29 of IC3001 about 5V?
NO Change IC3001.
L104 is broken or shorted.
Is there audio signal at pin 5 of CP102?
NO
Check the circuit between pin 4 of IC101 to pin 5 of CP102.
YES
Is there audio signal at pin 11 of IC101? YES
NO Change IC101.
Check lead wire of A/C HEAD and CONNECTOR.
