Check pattern from IC201 159 pin to IC110 5pin and connection from IC110 4pin to R408.

Connection state between CN101 1,4 pin and IC401 31,32pin is normal?

Check CN101 soldering and pattern between CN101 and IC401

Resistance between 1 and 4 pin is about 6.2§� after removing FFC connected with Pick-up from CN101 connector?

Replace Pici-up

Check connection state among Feed Motor and spindle Motor and CN401, CN402
