Planning and managing votes (Agenda)
Click the �SET� button next to the �Majority� field. The �Majority Setup� window opens.
The selected voting items are listed in the �Selected Vote Items� field. You can click individual voting items and move them from one field to the other by using the �arrow� buttons. Click the option button next to the desired majority ratio. If you click �Custom defined�, a box opens where you can enter any number from 0 to 100. Click the �Apply� button. The selected majority ratio is assigned to all voting items listed in the �Selected Vote Items� field. All voting items are moved back to the �Available Vote Items� field. Click the �OK� button. Deleting voting items from the agenda file To delete a voting item from the agenda file: In the agenda of the �Agenda Items� window, click the name of the voting item you want to delete. The data are displayed in the input mask. Click the �Delete� button. The �Delete Record?� dialog box opens. In the dialog box, click the �OK� button. The voting item is deleted from the agenda file. Searching for voting items in the agenda file To search for a voting item in the agenda file: In the �Agenda Items� window, click the �Search� button. The �Item� box turns red. Click the red �Item� box, enter the number of the searched voting item and press the �Enter� key. If the number is found, the corresponding voting item is highlighted in the agenda and its data are displayed in the input mask.
