Excellent manual - just what I needed. Although currently available only in German, their are lots of pictures which makes it all very clear.

Wenn der Ohrhörer mangelhaften Bassfrequenzgang aufweist, die Dichtheit der Versiegelung zwischen dem Ohrhörer und Ihrem Ohr prüfen oder eine der anderen Muffensorten ausprobieren. Achtung: Die Ohrhörermuffe nicht weiter als die Gehörgangöffnung hinein drücken.

Zum Ersetzen der Muffe die alte Muffe behutsam entfernen und die neue Muffe über den Widerhaken der Schallöffnung schieben. Liegt irgendein Teil der Schallöffnung frei, ist die Muffe nicht richtig angebracht. Die Muffen ersetzen, falls sie nicht fest auf der Schallöffnung sitzen.
