Press the SAMPLING key
Press the �Input Setup� tab

Press the SAMPLING REC key, and then adjust the �Recording Level� with the VALUE SLIDER � set this as high

With the SAMPLING REC key still lit, press the SAMPLING START/STOP key, and then speak into the mic, saying the word �This� When finished speaking, press the SAMPLING START/STOP key to stop sampling. Press C2 on the keyboard to hear your new sample.

Now to make settings for individual samples across the keyboard (multisample): Press the �Preference� tab and set the �Zone Range� to �1 key� �Recording� tab Un-check the �Auto Loop On� checkbox, and then press the Press the �Create� button in the display to Press SAMPLING START/STOP Set �OrigKey� and �TopKey� to �C2� - the easiest way to set this is by holding down

Use the DIAL to set �Placement� to �Insert (Use 3/4 BUS)�. Press the �Recording� tab.
14. Press the EXIT key, and then press the �Input Setup� tab
15. Press the REALTIME CONTROL key until the LED lights in the VALVEFORCE section, and as you speak into the mic, work with the CONTROL knobs to set Valve Force parameters to suit.
