FF/REW DO NOT WORK

When the FF (or REW) is pressed, does the voltage at pin 11 of IC1001 change to high (low in REW) ? Yes

No

When the FF (or REW) is pressed, does the FF (or REW) No OSD appear on screen ?

Check pin 72 of IC1001 lines. Change IC1001.

Yes

Is the voltage changing at pin 7 of CP1004 ?

No

Check lines between pin 11 of IC1001 and pin 7 of CP1004.

Yes

Is the voltage changing at pin 4 of CP1004 ?

No

Check pin 76 of IC1001 lines. Change IC1001.

Yes

Check DECK MECHANISM.
