This GRUNDIG UV5A Owner Manual is not only an instruction manual but a total functional circuit description of the Multimeter and includes circuit diagram at the end pages. It is very helpful for repairing and calibrating the instrument. It is written in two languages English and German for international support. It was very easy to repair my unit with this document. l Switch off the TV set l Remove the jack of the aerial cable from the back of the TV set and insert it in the aerial socket 2 of the video recorder

l Your set should automatically switch over to the programme number allocated to video recorder operation. If it does not, select the corresponding programme number manually (EXT, AV, 0, . . .)

l Switch on the TV set and on the TV set select the programme number to be used for video recorder operation

CHANNEL, DATE AND TIME
l Start the automatic initial installation with the OK button (on the remote control) l The video recorder automatically searches for all available TV channels.This may take several minutes l The screen shows the message �STORED�. The initial setting is now complete.
