The PDF copy was immediately available on download after the payment. However, I noticed that the document was in German, and Ihad to contact a German translator to get it translated it to English. The quality of document is legible can be used for my purpose.

The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.

RESTART RESET (R.R)
The information on one screen can be extracted at any time by inputting a restart/reset signal (HD/VD) from the outside. To enter this mode, set DIP switches 6, 7, and 8 on the rear panel of a camera as shown in the table below. The setting is especially effective for the following operation.

Long exposure
A high-sensitivity image is obtained by extending the exposure time of the CCD when satisfactory sensitivity cannot be obtained under other operating conditions or when observing the trail of a moving object. The exposure time is determined by the VD interval (T) period between external VD pulses as follows.

VD interval(T): 262.5H or more (XC-ST70), 312.5H or more (XC-ST70CE) and less than 1 second (Recommended) Four or more VD pulses are required. T T T
