The manual is complete with excellent quality! One suggestion, show number of pages and weather it is multi-lingual. The AD 600 Manuel is about 76 pages and over half is non English. This results in a larger print job than usually needed. Having this information, one could select the desired pages for printing.

Condensação e vapor
Ao aquecerem, os alimentos produzem vapor, tal como uma chaleira com água em ebulição. Os orifícios de ventilação do forno permitem que algum deste vapor vá saindo, porém afaste-se sempre do forno ao abrir a porta para permitir que o vapor acumulado saia. Se, ao sair do forno, o vapor entrar em contacto com uma superfície fria como a parede, condensará e produzirá gotas de água. Isto é normal e não se trata de uma falha do forno. Para evitar a descoloração, limpe regularmente a condensação e a gordura acumulada nestas superfícies. � � � � � A espessura, o material e a cor do tacho ou da panela influenciarão os resultados do cozinhado. Durante a cozedura, alguns alimentos aumentam em volume, pelo que deve certificar-se de que o recipiente é suficientemente grande. Para impedir salpicos de gordura quando estiver a fazer assados, utilize assadeiras de lados altos, proporcionais à peça que vai assar. Pique a pele do frango e das salsichas com um garfo antes de cozinhar, para evitar que espirrem. Utilize recipientes resistentes ao calor para confeccionar souflés.

Utilize loiça própria para cozinhados de forno, que possa suportar temperaturas de 295°C. As assadeiras, etc. não devem ser colocadas directamente sobre a base do forno.

Cozinhar no forno
� Desligue o forno 5 minutos antes do final do tempo de cozedura e utilize o calor residual para terminar a cozedura.
